About Me
I opened my law practice in my hometown of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, shortly after graduating from law school in 1994. While I initially was a typical "general practitioner," for the past decade I have almost exclusively limited my practice to the defense of the criminally accused. For me, defending the accused means defending the Constitutional rights and legal protections that define us all as Americans. I have represented literally hundreds of clients who have faced

criminal charges in Southeast Indiana, and have significant experience in both pre-trial criminal litigation and jury trials, including major felonies. I am not a former prosecutor.
I am proud to consider this my calling in life. I am a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Indiana and Dearborn-Ohio County Bar Associations.
